I'm on a journey to beat depersonalization and hppd and constantly thinking about it and going on this website keeps setting me back, just wanted to say my farewells
SlavicPsychonaut Posted February 29, 2016 Report Posted February 29, 2016 Yeah, this forum can be pessimistic and detrimental to your recovery, albeit it's become cathartic for me to vent and impart wisdom after avoiding making an account here for three years. Currently, this forum is pretty stagnant; I anticipate you'll be back, lol.

Thanks for showing me this website cuz it is much easier to understand HPPD and dp now but being on here just causes me to get a little anxious. Good luck !
umit Posted March 2, 2016 Report Posted March 2, 2016 At the beginning i was scared about people story here and i was feeling like its game over umit you stuck for the rest of your life I could read more then 1 post a week every time geth angry and scared about what i have done to me self gething a lot regrets no idea how long i can take it
