Anyone here have experience with Topiramate/Topamax?

I asked my doctor for levetiracetam (Keppra). However, I was surprised to see that he had instead prescribed me topamax at the pharmacy. 
Is it even worth taking for HPPD?

Did you end up taking it? Doesn’t seem like many people here have. I imagine it’s safe just by it’s moa and in fact there’s some cool stuff about occipital lobe gaba increase with it.
