David S. Kozin Posted April 22, 2012 Report Posted April 22, 2012 Members in the selected groups will be able to send private messages to other members, even when their inbox is full: ALL MEMBERS AT MEMBER or VALIDATED STATUS (OF COURSE MODS/ADMINS)
